Trackpresso Account Deletion
Trackpresso is an internal business app. Accounts are created by tenant administrators and are not created through public self-registration.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Trackpresso account and associated app data, use one of these options:
- Open Trackpresso, sign in, go to Account > Account deletion, and submit the request.
- Email support@loominfo.co.nz with the subject Trackpresso account deletion request.
- Contact your tenant administrator and ask them to remove your Trackpresso account.
Please Include
- Your full name
- Work email or phone number used for Trackpresso
- Tenant or company name
- Confirmation that you want your Trackpresso account deleted
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information
- Login access
- App session identifiers
- User-linked visit records where deletion is allowed
- User-linked photos and metadata where deletion is allowed
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal compliance, employment or contractor record obligations, tenant contractual obligations, or dispute handling.
Retained data will be limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after identity and tenant authorization are confirmed. Some jurisdictions may define specific response timelines.
