Trackpresso Terms Of Service
Trackpresso is an internal business application in the Sitepresso ecosystem. It is provided to organizations and authorized users for field sales visit capture, verification, review, and reporting.
Access
Trackpresso does not provide public self-registration. User accounts are created, invited, or authorized by tenant administrators. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and must not share accounts.
Acceptable Use
Users must:
- Submit accurate visit information.
- Capture location and photos only for legitimate business visits.
- Respect workplace, privacy, and local legal requirements.
- Avoid submitting fake, reused, misleading, or unauthorized evidence.
- Use the app only for authorized tenant business purposes.
Users must not:
- Attempt to bypass GPS, camera, device integrity, or review controls.
- Access data for another tenant or unauthorized user.
- Upload illegal, harmful, private, or unrelated content.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
Tenant Responsibilities
- Inform users about workplace location and photo verification practices.
- Set lawful retention and access policies.
- Manage user roles, account access, and offboarding.
- Ensure their use of Trackpresso complies with applicable labor, privacy, and employment laws.
Availability
Trackpresso may be updated, suspended, or modified for maintenance, security, compliance, or product improvement.

Trackpresso provides verification and workflow tools, but no software can guarantee that every submission is truthful or fraud-free. Review queues and audit controls should be used for operational decisions.
