Trackpresso Privacy Policy
Trackpresso is an internal field sales verification application in the Sitepresso ecosystem. It is intended for organizations that create accounts for their employees, contractors, or authorized team members. Trackpresso does not offer public self-registration.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, work email or phone number, role, tenant, team, and login status.
- Visit information: business name, contact person, phone number, area, category, notes, outcome, and follow-up details entered by the user.
- Location information: foreground GPS location, coordinates, accuracy, provider, and capture timestamp when a visit is started or submitted.
- Photo information: live camera proof photos captured during visits, plus metadata such as visit ID, timestamp, and verification status.
- Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, session identifiers, device integrity signals where supported, and error logs.
- Usage information: app activity, sync status, review status, and audit events.
How We Use Information
- Verify field sales visits.
- Help tenant administrators manage teams, policies, and performance.
- Review suspicious, incomplete, or low-confidence submissions.
- Prevent fraud, duplicate submissions, and unauthorized access.
- Provide reports, support, security monitoring, and audit logs.
- Improve reliability and product quality.
Location And Camera Use
Trackpresso captures location only for app workflows that require visit verification. The app is designed for foreground visit capture and should not be used for hidden or continuous employee surveillance.
Camera access is used to capture live visit proof photos. When photo proof is required by a tenant policy, the app may block submission until a live photo is captured.
How Information Is Shared
- The tenant organization that administers the user's account.
- Authorized tenant managers, administrators, reviewers, and auditors.
- Sitepresso support and operations personnel when needed to provide service, security, or compliance support.
- Service providers that host, store, transmit, analyze, or secure the service under contractual safeguards.
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information. Trackpresso is not designed to show ads or track users across third-party apps and websites.
Data Retention
Tenant administrators can define retention requirements for visit records, photos, and audit logs. Unless a stricter legal or contractual requirement applies, data should be retained only as long as needed for business verification, reporting, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including role-based access controls, private media storage, audit logs, and secure transport. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
User Choices
Users can control camera and location permissions through their device settings. If required permissions are disabled, some visit submission features may not work.
Users should contact their tenant administrator for account access, correction, deletion, or export requests.
Account Deletion
Trackpresso accounts are created by tenant administrators and are not created through public self-registration.
Users can request account deletion in the app through Account > Account deletion. Users may also request deletion by contacting their tenant administrator or emailing support@loominfo.co.nz.
Deletion may include account profile information, login access, app session identifiers, and user-linked app data where deletion is allowed. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal compliance, employment or contractor obligations, tenant contractual obligations, or dispute handling.
Children
Trackpresso is not intended for children and is not directed to users under 18.
