What To Include

• Your full name
• Work email or phone number used for Trackpresso
• Tenant or company name
• A short description of the request

Account Access

Trackpresso does not provide public self-registration. Accounts are created and managed by tenant administrators. For account access, role changes, or offboarding, contact your tenant administrator or email support@loominfo.co.nz.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion inside Trackpresso from Account > Account deletion, or by emailing support@loominfo.co.nz with the subject Trackpresso account deletion request.
